circa £35k + uncapped commission

Responsibilities of the role:

· Manage and maintain customer relationships within our client’s portfolio
· Undertake regular customer review meetings and feedback to the Sales Manager
· Work closely with service department and proactively promote new services
· Ensure that individual KPIs are meet and strive to exceed these targets
· Work as an integral part of the Sales team to ensure that sales team targets are met
· Feedback to Sales Manager of any new opportunities with new or existing customers
· Continually seek out new business opportunities
· Ensure all client renewals are undertaken in a timely manner
· Provide unrivalled quality of service
· Attend quarterly individual performance review meetings with the Sales Manager

Main accountabilities:

· Understand and embrace our client’s core values always
· Maintain an excellent work ethic striving to exceed expectations and KPIs
· Build long-lasting rapport with allocated customers
· Monitor customer satisfaction levels and act accordingly
· Always be professional when representing the organisation
· Report to the Sales Manager by way of weekly 1-2-1 reviews and Forecast meetings
· Accurate and up-to-date forecasting is essential
· Be responsible for the relationship of customers, both existing and prospective
· Ensure that personal growth and goals are in-line with company standards
· Keep the connect wise CRM up to date, record opportunities, activities and phone conversations daily

Key competencies:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in account management role within IT sector
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Focused and target-driven, with a positive attitude when addressing challenges
· Investment in self-development and honing personal soft skills
· A voracious learner, who uses personal initiative to maintain product knowledge, Solution benefits and an understanding of the customer landscape, without the need to be prompted
· An understanding and an ability to articulate key concepts of the Cloud, including SaaS, PaaS & IaaS
· Personable and adaptable to any situation
· Ability to work well in a team environment while confident also able to work alone
· Good commercial awareness
· Excellent ability to use Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Holds respect for Managers, Directors and Peers of the company
· Maintain high standards always of personal appearance, timekeeping, attendance and respect of company property
· Maintains good personal health and wellness
